He came first as a vulnerable infant lain in a manger.
But when he returns, he will rip open the heavens and come riding a white horse as the warrior king leading the armies of heaven.
He was first gently wrapped in humble swaddling clothes.
But when he returns, he will be clothed in a robe dipped in blood with a tattoo on his thigh that declares, “King of King and Lord of Lords.”
“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”
